So aside from the fact that my parents seem to be on a personal mission to make my life difficult, I'm doing pretty good.
Aside from the fact that the last fortnight has been kind of agonizing, it's been alright.
Aside from the fact that I need to crawl into a dark corner with a blanket and just stay there for a month... yeah.

There have been a list of 'rules' implemented, when there were no real rules before.
+ I have to be home by midnight on a 'school night' even though I don't go to school at a regular time every day, or at all during the summer. It's because my parents and my brother have to be up early from monday to friday. Which has absolutely nothing to do with me.
+ They have decided that they are not going to give me loans for school anymore. If I want to take classes, I have to pay for them myself up front.
+ I also have to pay rent.
+ I also have to pay for my own medical because I am not covered unless I'm going to school, and I'm not going to be able to pay for it every semester.
+ I have to pay for my own car insurance if I don't get my N by November.

I haven't had a curfew since I was like... 17. I come home late plenty of times, and they have never cared until now. I never wake them up, they never wake up and wonder where I am. They tried to rationalize it by saying that there have been reports of creepers hainging around in 'that area', but there are creepers everywhere. And it doesn't matter what time if day it is.
I was already going to have to pay for insurance, but my parents were just going to change their insurance on the van so that I could drive it, which would be much cheaper than me paying for my own insurance.
I had $280 stolen from my bank account about 2 weeks ago. I got it back last friday, but before I had even got it back, my parents had financially cut me off. And they knew that I had lost money.
They want me to be 'independant' and an 'adult' etc etc, but then they put me on a curfew and tell me I can't leave the house until I clean my room. Like I'm 8.
I have never wanted to move out as much as I have these last few weeks.

But aside from that, I'm fine.
I can't wait for that bloody trip next month.
